We had a big dinner party last night with some church friends. Candy did a good job cooking for all those people, though I don't think she wants to see another pot again for awhile:-) Maybe we'll do take-out tonight...
She posted some of the recipes she used in the Forum in case anyone else needs ideas for food for a lot of people.

The twins ice skated for the first time today. They've built a new rink in our area. It was cute to see them start off. Rick held one and I held the other, but soon they were shuffling along on their own.

Starting to settle back down again after our trip. Kids have a lot of make-up work from missing school, but it was the only time Rick could take off work and we hadn't been to the Bay Area in 7 years or so.

Decided we'd make the trip up to San Francisco this year. We're going up via Highway 1. We also might make it up to the redwoods- the twins haven't seen that yet. We'll be away for a week, so don't leave worried messages on our machine:-) If we can get to a computer, we'll post a hello in the Forum.
